The Reddest Tory began life as a card carrying Thatcherite Tory Boy. Following extensive engagement with a number of obscure texts (Think David rather then Milton), he soon developed overt libertarian tendencies. The Reddest Tory is proud to say he moved on from this rather intellectually defunct philosophy as soon as his balls dropped and he is now a fully paid up Cameronite/Red Tory/Communitarian Conservative. The legacy of reading the likes of Ayn Rand has left its mark on The Reddest Tory however and he combines his own idiosyncratic brand of wet conservatism with the occasional libertarian viewpoint.
The Reddest Tory remains a member of the Conservative Party.
